First of all, download Psiphon Pro Lite Handler
Here, if you don't have it installed on your phone.
Use the default MTN APN settings
After that, launch your psiphon VPN and Set it like this;

Remove port
Proxy type: Real host
Proxy server: datareset.mtnonline.com/#
Real proxy type: Default
Real proxy server: leave it blank
Real proxy port: 80
Finally click on SAVE.
