The rooting process of the Infinix Zero 2 is really easy and can
be accomplished in less than five minutes provided that you follow the

First, Requirement for Rooting Infinix Zero 2
1- Kingroot Application. Download Kingroot from here and then; install it on your Infinix Zero 2.
2- An active (strong) internet connection preferably, hotspot.
Rooting the Infinix Zero 2: How to do the routing proper
1- Lunch/Open Kingroot: if you have downloaded kingroot application from the download link above, simply open it.
Once opened, Kingroot should automatically identify your Infinix Zero 2 as Infinix X509. See the image below.
Wait few seconds while Kingroot varifies that your Infinix X509 is
rooted or not. Definately, Kingroot will say root access is unavailable
if you have not rooted it.
2- Attempt Rooting : simply tap the lock-icon on the kingroot application to attempt rooting the phone. See the image below:
3- Wait While Kingroot Roots your Infinix X509 : now, hold on a bit
while the root process continues. The interface should look somewhat
like the image below;
During the process, your device may restart. This is normal. Just proceed.
4- Install Kinguser: once the root process is complete, you should see something similar to the
image below;
Kingroot is prompting you to install Kinguser, a root manager app on your Infinix Zero 2.
Don’t worry about the warnings . Simply mark the box that says I
understand and still want to install it then, click Install anyway .
5- Root Access Obtained: and by this, your Infinix Zero 2 have been successfully rooted.
